February is major month at The American University of the Middle East. All efforts and strength is put in exhibiting the greatest patriotic environment on campus for our community. As a result, the works of all three clubs (Art, Photography & Music) were displayed for the entire student body to see. Faculty and staff marvelled their eyes at hanged work featured by the Photography club. The shots consisted of Landscape Sceneries from Kuwait and around the world, Double Exposures, Microphotography, and others that caught the attention of all passers-by.
This didn’t stop the Music club from setting up near the Photography Exhibit and playing their finest tunes of select National Kuwaiti songs, Pop songs and guitar solos. But the cherry on top went to the Art club who created a 2D-Multilayered simulation of Kuwait Cityscape merging all the great landmarks in Green, Red, White and Black. Portraits of renowned Kuwaiti Sheikhs, His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah painted by students are set on display till the end of the month.
If you haven’t checked them out yet, the Photography Exhibit in located in AUM Basement while the Art installation is on the Ground Floor between the Business and Engineering buildings
