Faisal Alrefae Has Won First Place in the PATW Competition

AUM is delighted to announce that its Engineering student Faisal Alrefae has won first place in the regional Present Around the World (PATW) competition. He has competed against both undergraduate, postgraduate students (MSc & PhD), and young professionals from fourteen different countries in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Representing AUM and Kuwait, Faisal successfully managed to defeat a very talented group of competitors representing countries such as Ireland (runner up), Germany, Czech Republic, Saudi-Arabia, Bahrain, and others from the region. Faisal will be representing EMEA in the world final in London on November 18th 2015, which will be part of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) prestigious innovation award. The IET is the largest multi-disciplinary engineering organization in the world. AUM would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Kuwait on this is great achievement of one of Kuwait sons.
