The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentration in Human Resource Management prepares students in both theoretical and applied aspects of managing human resources in organizations as generalists or specialists. Students are prepared to treat the HR function not only as personnel management and development, but also as a cornerstone in organizations and thus increase their ability to effectively partner with other functions to achieve organizational objectives.
